We currently ship to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Please contact us to arrange this option (additional fees apply).

Shipping Costs
All retail orders are shipped with Free Shipping across Canada.
Please contact us to arrange expedited shipping (additional fees apply; delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location).
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

Please take photos of the damaged packaging and keep all original packaging and documentation in case the carrier needs to inspect the shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional reshipping fees may apply. Please note that reshipped orders are not eligible for free shipping, and shipping costs will be charged before the order is sent again.
